GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN WEEKEND AND OVERSEAS TRIPS
§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Organizer - Jan Szuster, holding NIP 5342655439, organizing NGE club camps through the company Obozy Górskie Sp. z o.o., registered in the National Court Register under the number 0000700544, holding NIP 1182156428, REGON 5862386862, which is a tour operator within the meaning of the Act of November 24, 2017 on tourist events and related tourist services (Journal of Laws item 2361) and is registered in the register of tour operators under the registration number 21605.
Client - any entity signing an agreement with the Organizer
NGE Club Camp - a cycling camp organized by the Organizer, which is the subject of the Agreement between the Client and the Organizer.
Regulations - these rules and regulations.
§ 2 REGULATIONS
The Customer is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with the content of the Regulations.
By enrolling, the Client agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, confirms that he/she has read and accepted the content of these Regulations and confirms the accuracy of the data provided in the enrollment form.
The reservation of a place is made using the personal data of the person making the reservation (name, e-mail, telephone number, PESEL). These data are sent by the booking person using the form on nevergravelenough.cc.
Confirmation of the conclusion of the contract and enrollment in NGE Club Camp is payment of a deposit in the amount designated in the contract, by the date specified in the contract.
The condition for participation in Club Camp is the signing of the contract, which is tantamount to acceptance of the contract and these regulations.
The contract may be concluded only by an adult.
The benefits included in the signed contract are listed each time in the description of the camp, available on nevergravelenough.cc and in the Contract.
Payments must be made by bank transfer to account number 45 1140 2004 0000 3002 8470 1731.
The participant may withdraw from the participation agreement at any time by submitting a written statement of withdrawal via e-mail to: info@nevergravelenough.cc.
In case of withdrawal from the participation agreement less than 30 days before the Club Camp start date, the deposit paid by the Client is non-refundable.
The Club Camp program listed on nevergravelenough.cc is indicative. The organizer reserves the right to modify individual stages provided that the program of the trip is fulfilled. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to modify the program due to fortuitous events, such as adverse weather conditions.
The organizer will send additional organizational information by e-mail within 7-14 days before the Club Camp start date.
If the Client finds inadequate execution of the program during the Club Camp, the Client should immediately notify the Organizer's representative present at the Camp.
Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to info@nevergravelenough.cc. When submitting a complaint, the Client's name and the reason for the complaint should be given. Complaints will be investigated within 30 days.
The Client is required to have appropriate and current documents for the trip.
The Customers' personal data are processed by the Organizer in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By signing the contract, the Participant agrees to the Organizer's processing of his/her personal data and use of his/her image for administrative and statistical purposes, and for the purpose of providing marketing services.
